Levin Industries, doing business as Whiteway Outdoor, announces the sale of 18 spectacular outdoor advertising displays in the Atlanta metro market.  Whiteway has been a household name and an operator of some of the best inventory in the Atlanta market for over 60 years.  Inspired by the images of big city signage and a visit to Times Square, Sol Levin started Whiteway Outdoor with the mission of bringing spectacular outdoor advertising to Atlanta.  Anyone who has had the good fortune to do business with Whiteway can attest to the fact that it was dedicated to providing its clients, suppliers and other constituents the highest level of service and always “doing the right thing”.

David Levin, the grandson of Sol Levin and its current CEO and President said “Its a bittersweet moment for me and my family.  On the one hand it was the right business decision for the shareholders, but on the other it was very difficult to bid farewell to assets that have been in my family for three generations.  I learned so many great lessons about business and life from my father Michael who lead the business for over 40 years.”

Jim Johnsen of Johnsen, Fretty & Co LLC acted as Investment Banker to Whiteway in this transaction and Jeff Perry of Nelson Mullins acted as legal advisor to the Company.  “Jim and Jeff were invaluable in getting this transaction across the goal line” commented David.

Certain members of Johnsen, Fretty & Company are registered representatives of, and conduct securities transactions through, StillPoint Capital, Member FINRA/SIPC, Tampa, FL.
