The granddaddy of the annual comics conventions is the Comic-Con International held in San Diego. It is an opportunity for products including entertainment to display and promote themselves.
Conan O’Brien hosted his late night show last week at this year’s 2018 Comic-Con for the 4th time. Turner Broadcasting System was very generous in supporting his arrival and appearance in San Diego with Out of Home at the SD International Airport and throughout the city. Conan returned to this year’s Comic-Con, taping shows Wednesday – Saturday. TBS is a strong buyer of OOH, frequently purchasing outdoor advertising with sizable support for their television shows and sports programming.
