OOH Agency Today

3HeadedMonster

Just as creatively cutting-edge as they sound, full-service advertising agency 3HeadedMonster isn’t content with lingering in the present. Rather, this Dallas-based team utilizes outside-the-box thinking and a fiery passion for marketing to transform their clients into “Tomorrow Brands”—the brands of the future.

3HeadedMonster has hit the ground running ever since their start in 2014. The original vision of co-founders Shon Rathbone and Mark Ford was that of a small but scrappy agency that took a total ‘from scratch’ approach to the ever-changing world of OOH advertising, determined to embrace the potential of technology and incorporate interactive storytelling into their work to revolutionize how marketing has always been done. Strategy Director of 3HeadedMonster Crystal Anderson joined the team after 3HeadedMonster’s inception, prepped by a wealth of digital experience strategy from her previous position as Director of Marketing Strategy and Analytics at SapientNitro in Atlanta. With Rathbone, Ford, and Anderson at the wheel, 3HeadedMonster packs about 60 years in the Industry into every marketing punch.

3HeadedMonster’s commitment to thinking outside the box has earned it two Small Agency of the Year awards from Ad Age, as well as clients from Tropical Smoothie Cafe to Travelocity. Its in-house production group 3Headed Hamster is “the busiest video and photo production studio in Dallas”, delivering content streamlined to clients’ needs no matter the budget. Combining the “three essentials of modern marketing”—Story, Design, and Technology—into one body, 3HeadedMonster does nothing if not live up to its name.
