Hiring:Director of Real Estate and Regulatory Affairs

YESCO Outdoor Media is seeking an experienced out of home advertising real estate professional to manage and grow a significant portfolio of leases and properties across eight western states. The position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and reports directly to the president of the company.

The applicant will have experience dealing with local and state outdoor advertising regulators, have a good working knowledge of the HBA, and an understanding of industry issues at the federal level.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the outdoor advertising industry with a leasing and real estate background is required. Applicant will be managing business development personnel across a large geography. Effective leadership & communication skills are a must. Some travel will be required.

Applicant must be familiar and able to utilize latest technology in business development, and become proficient in the company’s inventory and accounting software.
