—Out of Home and Digital Infrastructure

Tucson, Arizona, – This is to announce the formation of Drachman M&A Co. to focus on Mergers and Acquisitions within the Out of Home and Digital Infrastructure sectors. Founded by CEO Max Drachman, the new firm launches with nationwide expertise in acquisition and divestiture advisory services.

Joining Max Drachman are COO Jenni Keatseangsilp, MBA, MEd, former Associate Director for the University of Arizona, and analyst Elise Alvarado, former litigation paralegal with Douglas and London in New York City and Dwyer Hernandez in Tucson.
