Here is a shout out to Drew Katz!  That’s not only lemonade, that’s a margarita!  (And an incredible legacy to Lew Katz as well).  Something tells me the City of New York took a different view of local law 14 when it comes to this iconic “History Channel” turned “IHeart Radio” turned ‘Uber” sign (and who knows, maybe it has one of those golden ticket permits even though its original use was certainly “business accessory”)!  In any event, what an incredible gift to the City of New York and to all the students who will pass through these halls and go on to do some great things.  Doing well by doing good.  Would love to see much more of this in the outdoor business!

But I digress.  The other little piece I wanted to share with you was this short video.  Specifically from time 1:29 on.  He couldn’t have said it better if he tried.  You want to invest in (or work for for, that matter) the gal or guy that couldn’t give two turds about the exit.  He just wants to change the world…and he is willing to run through walls to make it happen.

On that note I will leave you to it.  I am hoping, for your sake and mine, that your 2nd quarter book is starting to fill nicely.

“World pollution, there’s no solution
Institution, electrocution
Just black and white, rich or poor
Senators stop the war

I’d love to change the world
But I don’t know what to do
So I’ll leave it up to you”

(If you have an extra 30 secs, read the comments btw, pretty good)
