Outdoor’s best is here, according to Cannes International judges. The “Jury President for Outdoor” was Chris Garbutt, Chief Creative Officer, TBWA. Chris has won multiple Lions, including a Grand Prix in 2013. This is his second tour of duty, with the first 10 years prior on the same jury in 2007.
