COMMB Launches ‘Moving Billboard’ Category with Hilite Outdoor as New Member

Hilite Outdoor is a Toronto based start-up operating digital car-tops in major markets across Canada, with a focus on Toronto. Founded in 2019 and launched in 2020, they are the first company in Canada to bring digital car-toppers to market.
