During Its 25th Anniversary Year, do it outdoors media Welcomes 2nd Generation

February 10, 2022  – Twenty-five years ago, Regis Maher and David Pridgen had a dream to create a national mobile billboard company to provide an engaging and targeted media format. That same year in 1997, Maher was blessed with his first-born child Regis Maher III (Regie). Today, after a quarter century of success, the company announces that Regie is joining the do it outdoors media team as a national account executive in New York City.  The legacy Maher and Pridgen have built has officially entered its 2nd generation.

Regie has had the do it outdoors mindset ingrained in his DNA since he’s been walking! He started working at the company in his early teens washing mobile billboards and doing maintenance at the headquarters. He also served as a sales intern through his high school and college years, which also presented the opportunity to learn the operational side of the business. During his summers in college, he led experiential marketing teams across the country for brands like Under Armour, Green Giant and Supercuts.  He’s familiar with the out-of-home media (OOH) “biz” and has been well-groomed into the business. Joining the national sales team in an official capacity, Regie’s ready to jump in and make his presence felt.

“I’m more than thrilled to officially join the do it outdoors family! I am motivated to grow and influence change within the company, and I’m excited to have an impact on our clients – I can’t wait to work with our agency and brand partners,” says Maher.  “I know do it outdoors and our OOH industry is on an upswing, and I’ve watched the company evolve over the years. Now I get to make my own impact. I’m eager to share the ways do it outdoors can uniquely position brands and allow them to dynamically engage with their consumers into the future. It’s game on!”

Regie attended Penn State University where he got his degree in marketing from Smeal Business School. While attending college, Regis interned at Zenith Media his senior year and worked alongside several media channel teams. Following graduation, he worked with UPS as an international account executive serving the Philadelphia market. As the newest resident of Manhattan, Regie is ecstatic to be in the Big Apple at the epicenter of advertising and looks forward to showing the world how we roll.
