Worldcom OOH Expands Its Current Operations in the US
The world’s leading media trading company specializing in OOH, DOOH and Programmatic, appoints Fernando Vizcaíno to lead the business globally
USA, – With their eye fixed on continued expansion, Worldcom OOH Media Services, the company specializing in global Out Of Home strategy, planning and execution, looks to expand its presence in the US by adding to its existing office location in Miami with new fully staffed locations in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago in 2023.

This expansion into these key markets is in line with our strategic plan, which also aims to bolster our presence in the United Kingdom as well”, says Valentín Bueno, CEO of the Latcom / Worldcom OOH Group.

Senior business executive with solid experience in the integral leadership of medium and large-scale companies, Vizcaíno has a degree in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and a diploma in Commercial Marketing Management from ESIC Madrid, as well as a postgraduate degree from IMD Switzerland. Throughout his professional career, he served as General Director of Ezentis Argentina and Chile, CEO of Havas Ibero-américa, having developed his career in different markets: Spain, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Argentina.
