Vital Outdoor Advertising, Inc. to Whistler Outdoor Advertising, Inc.

The Seller, Vital Outdoor, is an Oklahoma-based company headed by Shannon Booher.
The Buyer, Whistler Outdoor, is an Oklahoma- based company headed by Shawn Whistler.
KALIL & CO., INC. was the Exclusive Broker for this transaction.
