Automation and AI were widely viewed as tools that streamline routine tasks, allowing professionals to devote more time to strategy, local market knowledge, and client relationships. Despite rapid technological change, the Congress reinforced that OOH remains a people-driven medium, where success depends on balancing global scale with deep local expertise and human judgment.
