    Jack Sullivan’s concept is potentially very smart…..demonstrates the gravitas of the medium while simultaneously serving the people’s space. Thrusts OOH into the narrative of what’s current, what’s now, and the topic of the day.
    Proves our medium is topical, undeniable, and a visceral signal for proof of life. RR
