Mobile “Living Room” for Peloton
Lime Media teamed up with the R2C Group for this Peloton Interactive activation. We wanted to create an inviting “living room” to show off Peloton’s newest interactive spin bike. It was important that we create a cozy, fresh, clean, and welcoming atmosphere so that the consumer could really immerse themselves in the experience and really connect with the brand.
Creating a “feeling” for a consumer to connect with a brand is KEY in experiential marketing. For Peloton it was simple. Consumers needed to see themselves on this bike, in their own homes. We wanted the consumer to feel comfortable, a sense of motivation, and we wanted them to see how simple and easy it would be to work on their personal health goals from the comfort of their own home.
To create the experience for the consumer, we built this “living room” with custom molding, beautiful hardwood floors, and a cozy area rug. We then added texture with drapes and houseplants. This glass truck was transformed into a homey mobile “living room.”
Paired with a mix of mobile billboard advertising, guerilla activations, and a full-scale event experience, the goal for this mobile display was to drive traffic to store openings in Denver, Seattle, and LA. On-site, consumers were welcomed into this living room and invited to test out the bike firsthand in a live-streaming class with professional instructors.
The program elements for this project included one 12’ glass box truck that we wrapped with custom vinyl, promotional decals, custom interior fabrication, decor, the mounted Peloton spin bike, and high-speed internet.
