Reminder || Geopath 2022 Annual Meeting of Members

Dear Geopath Advertiser, Advertising Agency, or Plant Operator Member,

As a reminder, Geopath will be holding its Annual Meeting of Members on November 17^th at 2:00PM EST by virtual conferencing. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an update on Geopath activities and conduct important Board of Director elections. Due to New York State’s accommodation because of the COVID 19 crisis those participating via webinar will be permitted to vote.

Those voting members who are unable to participate in the meeting must complete the attached proxy form and return to Geopath. The proxy form covers voting on members of the Board of Directors.

Please scan the PROXY and email to larryhennessy@geopath.org by Monday, November 14^th.

You must be a member in good standing to participate in the meeting and vote.
