Three weeks ago, the OOH Today Board Room Podcast, raised the idea of conducting a Town Hall Zoom meeting inviting the Big 3 OOH Sellers and a second separate Town Hall, with the Big 5 OOH Buying Services. In both events, we wished to participate and make the discussions open to any one in the OOH Industry.
We shared the idea with all the OOH Associations May 1, well before the podcast (Podcast 33 Hosting the Next OOH Owners’ conference) was released, May 20.
We are very happy to report they listened, well kind of, OOH Today suggested participation in providing hard ball questions and be included along with Geopath as part of the process, we are not, OAAA is. But that’s OK. It’s not like we invented the idea of a Town Hall webinar.
It is happening and that is a start.
We are registered and will be tuned in to the webinars with Anna Bager in conversation with the OOH buy-side the 26th and Stephen Freitas in conversation with the sale-side on the 28th.
The webinar on May 26th at noon Eastern time (hey that is today) is titled, Why OOH Should be the First Place Brand〈Sic〉 Go Post-Crisis. I think they meant to say Brands with a plural. See the details below.
The second webinar is scheduled for May 28th at 11:00 AM Eastern, is called, Perspectives: A Conversation with OOH Industry Chief Revenue Officers. Also details below.
It could be good. We recommend signing up. Oh and as typical, OAAA does not make it clear if it is open for non OAAA members. Let’s hope they make it open to everyone and make it clear in the information provided, it is open to everyone, members or not.
