Clear Channel Outdoor is Back in Compliance

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings (NYSE:CCO) has been notified by the NYSE it has regained compliance with continued listing standards.  Recall our post on April 20, when the NYSE provided notice of potential delisting to CCO. See post here⇒ Is CCO Near Delisting?

CCO was out of compliance the month of April because its average closing price fell under $1 per share during a 30 consecutive day trading period. Delisting would have been a next step. However, the average closing price for the month of June was above the one dollar threshold. And CCO has returned to NYSE compliance. Are things improving for Clear Channel and the rest of the Outdoor Advertising Industry?
