Branded Cities is a full-service OOH company that has more than 3,000 both digital and static displays in prime locations all across the United States and Canada. Their signage is located in iconic, high-density locations such as Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Sunset Strip, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Las Vegas Strip, and many more. Safe to say, if you have been to any of these locations in the past 20 years, then you have seen their iconic displays. Branded Cities also develops partnerships and invests with private real-estate owners and public entities. The company has an in-house team of real estate experts who have top-tier OOH industry knowledge and relationships to guide clients through planning, financial modeling, permitting, leasing, and management.
Founded in 1999, Branded Cities is comprised of OOH industry veterans who use their experience and expertise to provide the best service possible. Proving its OOH prowess, the company has earned a plethora of industry awards over the years. A core principle of the Branded Cities is its corporate social responsibility which they define as “profit with a purpose.” The business offers four core strategies for its social responsibility: reducing their environmental impact, positively impacting the environments where they operate, using their media platform to support charities and NGOs, and working with organizations that share their altruistic goals.
Denise Levine, Branded Cities’ Chief Revenue Officer, answered some questions in an exclusive OOH Today Interview:

Q: Why should advertisers choose your business.

Q: What is your key to success in the OOH business?
A: For Branded Cities, there is not a single key but many. We have invested in the right inventory, the right technology and most importantly the right people. Every individual who works for Branded Cities, regardless of department or role, wants to see the company succeed and you can see that in the work that is put in. Outside of that, we remain nimble and flexible to advertisers’ changing needs. We are there to support them through the entire buy-sell cycle, from creative brainstorming to the high-end glamour photos we provide when a campaign is live helps drive success for not only us, but the OOH industry.
Q: What are some future goals for your business?
A: To continue growing at a significant pace. Whether massive walls on the Sunset Strip, to the biggest and best signage in the country, Branded Cities wants to continue to provide advertisers with the best canvases for their campaigns and we will accomplish that by investing in new signs, new markets, and new technology to power these campaigns.
Q: Share a fun fact about the company?
A: Our Chairman and CEO Steve Ellman also owns one the most famous tourist attractions and local hot spots in Jamaica, Rick’s Café, consistently ranked in the top 50 bars in the world by Insider Travel. Maybe we can host the next OAAA/Geopath Conference there, haha.
