UPS and The UPS Store have created the largest and first-ever virtual package delivery Times Square has ever seen leading into the busiest time of the year for packing and shipping services. But how?
This OOH ad campaign launched the week of October 23rd on Clear Channel’s 3D, 20M+ pixel billboard in Times Square through the synchronization and anamorphic capabilities of a fully-animated digital spectacular display, plus a ground level full motion digital display.

This buzzworthy, immersive billboard grabs the attention of more than 225,000 pedestrians daily and counting, as Times Square makes a strong resurgence post pandemic.
The creative:
The creative features a multichannel experience for viewers: stunning animation and anamorphic illusion on the Times Square 3D billboard that is synced with animation on a physical UPS delivery vehicle parked beneath, showing virtual packages from three small businesses floating from the billboard (The UPS Store) into the UPS vehicle. BCN Visuals partnered with The Martin Agency to develop & produce 3D anamorphic visuals for this campaign.
The small businesses include:
- Delgado Guitars: a handmade guitar maker (Nashville, Tenn.)
- Pisqueya: a Latin Caribbean food and spice business (Brooklyn, N.Y.)
- Bold and Gritty: coffee-focused lifestyle brand (Rochester, N.Y.)
