Ströer’s Schmalzl Speaks for WOO Forum


Ströer Co-CEO Christian Schmalzl named as keynote speaker for WOO Europe Regional Forum in Milan
Ströer Co-CEO Christian Schmalzl is to be one of the keynote speakers at the World Out of Home Organization’s forthcoming Europe Regional Forum in Milan. The Forum will be held on November 4-6.
Ströer is one of the most successful media companies in Germany with over bn2 Euro in revenue and interests straddling large format Out of Home advertising including the blowUP brand, street furniture, online advertising and e-Commerce. Outside Germany its further markets include Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK as well as the US with its non-advertising business. It is publicly traded on the MDAX and the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurter Börse.
Schmalzl, a senior executive at media agency MediaCom before joining Ströer, is Co-CEO with the company’s co-founder, Udo Müller.
