DALLAS, TX – Ralston Outdoor Advertising (“Ralston”) announced today the acquisition of digital and static out-of-home advertising assets from McMillin Outdoor Advertising in Tyler, Texas.

Ralston has been a prominent Outdoor company in North Texas since 1976, with excellent digital and static assets throughout the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.  This acquisition marks their entry into the Tyler market.

Ralston was represented in the transaction by Drachman M&A Co., with Will Bassham of SettlePou serving as legal counsel and Craig Berry of Stark Capital providing the financing. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We are excited about our move east.  We’ve noticed markets like Tyler are doing exceptionally well in the post-pandemic environment,” said Ralston General Partner Ben Ralston. “This acquisition is straight out of our playbook in terms of getting in front of the path of growth.”

“It was a pleasure working with Ben in pursuing this transaction,” Drachman M&A Co. CEO Max Drachman said. “The Ralstons have been in the Outdoor business in Texas for decades. Adding Tyler to their portfolio is going to give them some market size and geographic diversification, further enhancing the value of their overall business.”
