Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the sales team
  • Assist in all aspects of the sales process (category, account and database research, proposal requests, insertion orders, revisions, post-buy analysis, account management, presentations, etc.)
  • Support the sales team by taking on as much administrative responsibilities as possible including the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, sending correspondence, filing and all other clerical duties as necessary.

Senior Account Executive

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and creating a market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects and maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Traffic and Production Manager

WE ARE HIRING! Expansion of our production department requires the hiring of a Traffic and Production Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients to coordinate artwork for printing.
  • Reporting to a group but working independently, predominately focused on a wide variety of print production projects.
  • Coordinating with print vendors to create timelines for production and shipping – including purchase orders, storage arrangement, etc.
  • Overseeing other company projects involving production.

Candidates should exhibit excellent organization skills (familiarity with Monday.com is helpful) as well as good communication skills and responsiveness. Hours can sometimes be extended for projects involving vendors in other time zones, etc.

  • 1-3 years experience in out-of-home advertising (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel), Adobe Acrobat, and industry-related software knowledge is preferred (Ayuda, Geopath, etc)
  • Responsible for the completion of the daily operations workload from the proposal process to campaign completion.

We are looking for organized and motivated Sales Coordinators to join our sales team. This job is currently a fully-remote, with plans of going back to an office in the future. Sales Coordinators are responsible for providing day-to-day admin for 1-2 Account Executives to ensure the sales process’s execution. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new customer leads for the sales team.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate and enter requests for charting or assist with the charting functions.
  • Maintain CRM by inputting customer profiles and updates.

AP & AR Manager

Location: New York

Seen Media Group is hiring for an AP & AR Manager. This position is responsible for managing Seen Media Group’s accounts payables & receivables (AP/AR) in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Duties include the processes associated with the payment of invoices and the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as subject matter expert for accounts payable, general purchasing, accounts receivable functions, accounting system modules, and policies.
  • In conjunction with CFO and Senior Finance Manager, develop and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
  • Prepare, maintain, balance and analyze financial data related to AP/AR.
  • Receive, research and resolve a variety of internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including but not limited to, communicating the resolution of discrepancies to the appropriate parties.
  • Review and approve journal entries for accuracy to ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Review the monthly AR aging reports and generate monthly customer statements.
  • Review/approve credit memos, process AR corrections, review/post AR cash receipts to ensure the integrity of the AR subsidiary ledger.
  • Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Maintain all AP reports, spreadsheets, and files.
  • Ensures all negotiated vendor payments are paid in accordance with the contract.
  • Act as point of contact for staff regarding AP/AR issues, processes, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in accounting required, Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in accounting or business preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge and experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Knowledge of accrual accounting methods.
  • Knowledge of accounting software applications including Quickbooks and Bill.com.
