For the 50th anniversary of the Controlled Substances Act of 1970, @monogramcompany parked mobile billboards + digital trucks at seven state borders where cannabis is legal in one – but illegal in the other. The borders were chosen as they divide states with “the most starkly opposing regulations. Monogram is a Cannabis brand recently launched by Jay-Z made in partnership with the California brand Caliva. Jay-Z has served as Chief Brand Strategist for Caliva since July of 2019
