McIntyre and Vianta to WOO
Elizabeth McIntyre appointed to the World Out of Home Organization (WOO) Board
Australia’s representation on the global Out of Home stage has been strengthened, with Elizabeth McIntyre appointed to the Board of the World Out of Home Organization (WOO). The announcement follows this month’s World Out of Home Congress in London where Australian campaigns picked up three awards and a special mention for creativity and innovation.
Elizabeth is one of two new directors appointed to the WOO Board, joining Felipe Vianta, President of the Brazilian Out of Home Association.
WOO President Tom Goddard welcomed Elizabeth and Felipe’s appointments, saying their addition further strengthens the Board’s global perspective.
“WOO regularly rotates its board directors and we are very fortunate in being able to recruit such high-quality new members as Elizabeth and Felipe. The WOO board now has a truly global reach, and this will be an important strength as we move forward.”
Since joining the OMA and MOVE in April 2023, Elizabeth has become one of the industry’s most visible advocates, bridging technical, regulatory and public‑facing ambitions. A major milestone under her leadership was the launch of MOVE 2.0 in March 2026, delivering a world-leading data‑rich measurement system to establish a new currency for Out of Home.
Elizabeth’s tenure has also seen OMA membership grow to a record 60 members, the establishment of the OMA Creative Awards, and the introduction of OUT There — a new series that puts senior marketers and creative leaders in cars to tour standout Out of Home campaigns and unpack the thinking behind them. Across all of this work, Elizabeth has been a vocal advocate for women in the industry, consistently championing visibility, opportunity and leadership pathways.
Reflecting on her appointment, Elizabeth said she was honored to join the WOO Board at a pivotal moment for the global industry.
“Out of Home is evolving faster than ever and Australia has an important role to play in that global conversation. I’m particularly passionate about ensuring more women see a place for themselves in this industry. Representation matters, and I hope this appointment encourages more women to step forward, lead boldly and shape the future of Out of Home.”
