J&B construction/project management teams have more than 150 years of combined experience supervising on-site construction, installations and on-going maintenance of traditional and digital billboards, as well as interior digital network displays.

During his 40+ years in business development, Bob has led the start-ups of national marketing and advertising agencies and has launched and managed successful political campaigns at all levels.
Bob’s expertise as the out-of-home national director on the Brown and Williamson account allowed J&B Signs to become one of the largest and most profitable independent out-of-home advertising media companies in Chicagoland. Bob sets industry standards in the development of digital out-of-home media, and works closely with federal, state and local governments in establishing digital outdoor protocols.
