Greenville, OH – Huntington Billboards, an owner and operator of outdoor advertising signs throughout the Midwest, announced that it has acquired certain assets of Giesken Outdoor Advertising. Giesken Outdoor operates a billboard plant in Northwest Ohio, with both digital and static billboards. Tom Giesken, an operator associate of IBOUSA, started the company in 2000 after stints at Root Outdoor Advertising and Lamar.
Huntington Billboards purchased certain static and digital structures from Giesken Outdoor. Stark Capital Solutions represented Giesken Outdoor in the sale of the assets and provided the acquisition financing for Huntington Billboards. The purchase price was not disclosed.
