We recently published our annual list of the Top Women Driving Growth in Out-of-Home (OOH) for 2025. Today, we are highlighting Erika Pascal Goldberg, EVP Chief of Business Operations & President, Markets, Clear Channel Outdoor.
Erika Pascal Goldberg is Chief of Business Operations & President, Markets for Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA). She oversees all roadside markets and field operations as well as leads business process development, driving innovation and improvement across core organizational functions.
An accomplished media veteran with previously held leadership roles at NBCUniversal and AOL/Patch, Erika has a proven track record of enabling sales growth through exceptional strategic solutions, technical implementation, and organizational design. At CCOA, she has partnered with technology and led business transformations that have modernized the company’s operations, streamlined processes and brought a highly innovative and differentiated approach to serving the needs of customers.
She first became interested in the OOH industry after years of doing Sales Operations for TV and digital startups.
“OOH was a great next challenge to dive into for process improvement, system implementation and modernization,” Erika said. “With such an amazing product, there is so much opportunity, especially when you add a dash of efficiency.”

In her career, her most valuable resources have been the CCO leaders and colleagues she is honored to work with… and Salesforce.com.
Success through Efficiencies and Strategy
In her role as the Chief of Business Operations, her team drives growth with improved internal processes, technological implementation, and efficiencies to provide better customer service.
When she first joined Clear Channel, she took a fresh look at how inventory is managed, how to codify years of manual data and tracking and how to maximize revenue and delivery with planning and pricing tools.
“This paves the way for all of the automation and hopefully system integrations with our agency partners,” Erika said.
As the Presidents, Markets, she adds value through strategic planning and selling, which is led by CCO’s CRO to drive proactive revenue. They match Clear Channel’s value with customers’ needs. There’s also an entire fun set of products on the market that make the displays look great and are safer for the environment to investigate and add to the field.

Women Give the OOH Industry Strength
Erika says Clear Channel Outdoor has one of the best work-life balances she has achieved as a busy, travelling, working mom of two teens. The company has always shown deep respect for her shared commitment to family as well as CCO.
Though women still struggle in the industry, it’s definitely less pronounced than when she joined over 10 years ago.
“I think modernization has helped with new faces, a next generation and many of them women,” Erika said. “I think the women in this industry demonstrate a tremendous strength with a tremendous voice and the industry is better for it.”

She believes women can have it all, but need to advocate for themselves and their needs.
“Be strong and speak up for yourselves,” Erika said.
