NYC – Seen Outdoor Media LLC and CHUCK Agency LLC announce their exciting new merge to become Seen Media Group, LLC. The merger brings to the market an out-of-home media vendor primarily focused on street level advertising, offering a wide variety of media formats to assist agency partners and brands to connect with consumers in traditional and non-traditional ways.

CHUCK Agency was founded in 2010 in Brooklyn, New York and has since expanded to have
both East and West Coast offices and service the top 20 markets across the USA. Seen
Outdoor Media was founded in 2012 in Brooklyn, New York and has since grown to have assets
throughout New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Boston.
By bringing together two well-renowned companies in #OOH, Seen Media Group LLC focuses
holistically on street-level advertising through the impactful packaging of billboard assets and
non-traditional marketing, resulting in a larger share of voice throughout key-markets and
demographics throughout the country.
