It must be Shoesday or Shoe Tuesday. Unwittingly, we have written about athletic shoes twice today with our other post featuring advertiser Nike and this one Reebok.
Reebok earlier in the year, came out with a brilliant engagement of consumers through interactive advertising. A great idea, fun to watch and it appears, exhilarating to participate.

Credit to Swedish agency Animal , (who has work currently running for Spotify’s annual holiday campaign) with the clever idea introducing Reebok’s ZPump running shoes. Using a ‘billboard’, equipped with a speed camera measuring real-time object recognition and motion detection, the sign identified a runner’s speed. Anyone who ran past the OOH board faster than 17 km/h, (10.563 mph) unlocked a brand new pair of ZPump 2.0 shoes for themselves.
