March Madness! Its begun!
This may be the first Out of Home of 2018 referencing men’s college basketball and March Madness.
And not surprisingly, its from one of Out of Home’s Industry leaders, Norton Outdoor Advertising and Mike Norton. Mike is Executive Vice President for Norton Outdoor in Cincinnati.
