Change of Ownership in Bethlehem
Sands Casino in Bethlehem, Pa changed ownership back in June. The new owners Wind Creek Hospitality have changed the name to Wind Creek Casino and have big plans. The assumption is that Horizon (OOH buyer for Sands) is no longer in charge, so who is it and where will the buying come from???
