Payment terms have become a hot topic of conversation this week on Cohoot. Dozens of sellers weighed in with their payment terms and their shared experiences. One consistent problem – Big agencies can take their sweet time with payments. Some folks reported 120+ days before payment consistently.

New Billboard Expenses
What should you expect when leasing a billboard at a new location. Some locations only require a flat rent per month. Others require a revenue share to lock down. Our sellers suggest that you can expect 15%-35% revenue share on prime locations.
