View Outdoor Sells NW Indiana to Lamar Advertising

Chicago, Milwaukee and Florida Stay with View

OOH Today has received word that View Outdoor Advertising has sold certain out of home assets located in their Northwest Indiana market to Lamar Advertising. View Outdoor will continue operations and has retained its inventory in their Chicago, Milwaukee and Florida markets.

The amount of inventory in the transaction numbered 300+ faces. View Outdoor President and 41 year OOH Industry veteran, Pete Schroeder, told OOH Today “the timing worked out and the fit was right” for View to make the transaction with Lamar. Schroeder added “the company will focus on its Central Florida and Chicago markets.” Financial details of the transaction were not made available.
