This transaction creates a unique operation with an estimated additional valuation of R$ 100 million by the end of 2026.
Aiming to expand and accelerate the growth of OOH, Digital Signage, and Retail Media in Latin America, this strategic merger combines THE LED’s expertise in digital infrastructure and hardware with INVIAN’s advanced technological solutions. Together, they aim to meet the growing demand for digitalization and innovation in indoor and outdoor media networks.
With this merger, INVIAN’s cutting-edge systems, already serving the world’s leading players, will now be part of THE LED’s portfolio. This creates a comprehensive platform encompassing campaign management, ad automation, monitoring, task and activity management, automated checking, and the other 12 proprietary systems developed by INVIAN.

This 360° model, unique in Latin America, spans the distribution, control, and monitoring of traditional, digital, and urban furniture inventory, as well as the programmatic management and execution of campaigns. It maximizes the value of infrastructures and enhances monetization opportunities for clients.
The merger represents a critical strategic step for both companies, which will continue as providers of systems and infrastructure for major OOH operations in Latin America, excluding direct participation in media commercialization.
