L’Oreal USA is getting an agency makeover in 2023. Omnicom Media Group was chosen as the U.S. media agency of record starting in April. OMG will be creating a “bespoke” unit to handle the new business. Wavemaker is the incumbent agency in the US, and will continue its global relationship with L’Oreal across 20+ other markets. There’s a ton of time and effort that sellers put forth into client outreach and moving a prospective client through the sales cycle.
