Sadly more bad news it seems every day coming into OOH Today.

But first, some positive news.  REAL good OOH news.

Marquee Media is making available to Sacramento area businesses, its open inventory at no charge. Get the details/rules and requirements from Marquee Media regarding access to their digital OOH displays. Marquee Media owns premium space and its all digital displays.  What an excellent idea. Whose building good will now?

 

 

The OOH Industry Virtual Happy Hour 

Geopath partnered with us (OOH Today) to sponsor the first virtual OOH Happy Hour and Networking Event We attended and had a blast! By all accounts it was a success. And if it wasn’t you know us well enough, we would say so and sure would not sponsor a second.  It was fun, networking always is and many people shared kudos. Sign ups for the 2nd Event this week, is tracking over the inaugural one.             

Event II is planned for this Thursday, April 2, at 5 PM Eastern Time.  Sign up is here.  Over 80 people attended throughout the 60 minute event. Some for minutes, others the duration.
Forget the boring webinars and leave the stressful day behind by joining other OOH Industry professionals.  If you only have one hour to spend in a conference Thursday, this is the only one to consider.

Adams Outdoor Layoffs?

Rumor has it that Adams Outdoor has laid off an average between 4 and 7 employees per market. With 15 markets, not counting the National staff, that is a sizable number. Let’s hope it is only a rumor and not true.  We were not able to reach Adams management before today’s post deadline. Adams is with one of the OOH Companies I would have predicted to be ‘untouchable’ by the COVID-19 Crisis. 

 

We sure don’t like reporting this kind of information. Tough times are on us. We wish every individual, companies and recently ‘furloughed’ employees, well.
