Broadsign announced the expansion of its programmatic team with the appointment of John Dolan as Vice President, Global Head of Media Sales. Bringing more than a decade of programmatic mar tech experience to the newly formed role, Dolan will oversee Broadsign’s global sales team in identifying new growth opportunities and amplifying revenue with a data-driven approach – largely focusing on Broadsign’s OOH demand side platform (DSP) as well as its supply side platform (SSP) via third party DSP partnerships. |

All of these OOH hires and not one person of color? There are so few of us in the space as to almost be embarrassing.
@TonyDaily, It is not almost embarrassing, it is totally embarrassing and the Industry Leaders should be ashamed. As one Industry leader said to me a few years ago at the Austin OOH conference when we were discussing the underwhelming representation of women and people of color positioned in upper managerial and C-Suite ranks; “What am I supposed to do? Go out of my way and find a female or person of color to fill those positions?” That is the mentality we are dealing with.
Until more people of color are in those positions everything else is lip service. Thank you for your comment.
