A few specifics:
– Media plans from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, are eligible for entry.
– The advertiser (or its agency) must have paid for media space directly to an OOH media company that owns and operates the inventory.
– Exceptions are made for public service announcements (PSAs), which can be pro bono.
– The final deadline is Friday, August 19, 2022.
