During the day, the billboards are stabbed with stakes – alluding to the action of vampire killers. At night, a light at the side, illuminates the stakes which have been placed so their shadows recreate the face of the TV series’ blood-thirsty villain— DRACULA

To heighten the fright, beneath the face is a ‘break in case of vampires’ box which contain a pointed wooden stake, ready for stabbing.
