Are you a driven professional who thrives on building relationships and negotiating deals? We’re looking for a Real Estate Manager to join our growing team and help secure premium sites for outdoor advertising in Central Florida based in Lakeland/Ocala.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and secure new locations for billboard placements
- Negotiate lease agreements with property owners and landlords
- Maintain strong relationships with existing property partners
- Conduct site research, surveys, and due diligence for potential locations
- Collaborate with internal teams on permitting, compliance, and development
- Maximize lease renewals via rent reductions, extending term, etc.
- Perform quarterly analysis of underperforming assets and determine appropriate steps to make profitable or remove.
- Maintain maximum visibility of faces by diligent vegetation management.
- Stay current on state and local zoning/ordinance changes or litigation/legal challenges that impact our industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience preferred in real estate, leasing, or property negotiations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of local zoning, permitting, or outdoor advertising a plus
- Ability to travel within the region limited but some overnight

What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you will:
▪ Serve as the main point of contact for clients and understand their marketing goals, budgets, and timelines
▪ Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and following up on leads
▪ Prepare and present advertising proposals using a mix of static and digital outdoor products
▪ Negotiate pricing and contracts to create win-win partnerships
▪ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns
▪ Track campaign performance, deliver proof of placement, and manage client expectations
▪ Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Who You Are

Social Indoor is seeking a Local Sales Representatives to develop new advertising sales opportunities in the Detroit Local Market by sourcing prospective opportunities, capitalizing on referrals, assessing customer needs, and managing new leads in order to achieve designated sales quotas. Sales territories are based on interests, areas of expertise, and/or location. We are a fun, exciting, and creative culture looking for a “Hunter” sales professional who can come in and seize opportunities!
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Is proactive, persuasive, well-organized, and has at least 1-3 years of media sales experience with increased challenge and responsibility. The sales experience should include the successful use of both outbound and inbound sales techniques to exceed sales goals.
- Will enjoy developing leads and contacting a high volume of potential advertisers.
- Has a very positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and can handle the normal rejection that comes with any sales job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively sourcing prospective opportunities, capitalizing on referrals, assessing customer needs, and managing new leads in order to achieve designated sales quotas.
- Develops new leads through heavy calling, networking, and appointments in designated territories.
- Negotiates, executes, and manages the client contract agreement process.
- Expected to meet the required activity and revenue targets.

- Responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting activities to effectively manage assigned territory.

- Travels locally to attend sales appointments and other meetings as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of experience in media sales, preferably OOH
- Proficient in developing new sales opportunities by cold calling and appointment setting
- Experience selling directly to clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone skills
- Proven relationship building, business partnering skills, and persistence
- Proficiency with sales tools including MS Office suite
- Passion to develop your current sales knowledge
- Must have good people skills and be highly motivated, disciplined, organized, and proactive
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be fluent in English. Fluency in other foreign languages is also a plus.
- Ability to travel locally and have a reliable vehicle
