Sales Rep (Out-of-Home Media)

Primary – Outbound
• Sell across our national footprint & ensure our portfolio is well represented across all
• Manage senior level relationships at key national & regional agencies.
• Use research, analysis and media knowledge to create rationale & recommendations for

reactivates dormant accounts.
• Use Salesforce to track pipeline activity, and communicate opportunities, challenges &
forecasts with management.
• Design nurturing campaigns to keep in touch with the lead database.
• Work with operations manager to monitor multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Develop, optimize & document workflows and processes.
Secondary – Inbound
Using feedback from buyers, assist marketing team to:
• Create an ideal client profile & core story.
• Develop content that adds value to prospects.
• Strategize which online platforms best reach prospects.

Market Manager with Direct Selling Responsibilities-Coastal NC & SC-
Established, Southeast based billboard company seeks a Market Manager for Outside Sales for inventory along the NC & SC coast.
Mashburn Outdoor owns and operates some of the best static and digital billboard displays in the Southeast while providing the lowest rates combined with superior customer service with local and regional accounts.
Responsible for prospecting, contacting and closing outdoor advertising sales to current and prospective advertisers for existing and new to be built billboard inventory.
- Responsible for entire sales process from initial contact to close.
- Solicits customers through cold calling and face to face sales presentation.
- Establishes and maintains contact with key prospects and accounts.
- Tracks sales activity, prepares record of sales leads, status and track accounts.
- Prepares advertising proposals and contracts for review and approval by Management.
- Manages all aspects of client accounts ensuring long term business relationships and spearheading client retention efforts.
- Make 40-50 outbound sales calls daily to actively promote and sell static & digital inventory.

Education & Experience-

- Build programmatic plans and strategic programmatic proposals for clients
