Frank Luntz, and Brian Stelter Take Center Stage With Political Insights at DPAA Summit
Just three weeks before the big US Presidential Election, two well-known television personalities — political pundit and leading pollster Frank Luntz, and Brian Stelter, global host of CNN’s “Reliable Sources” – will take center stage at DPAA’s annual global Video Everywhere Summit next week. The Summit will be held as a DPAA Livestream Production over three days from October 13-15, 11am – 2:30pm ET each day. Luntz, who runs Luntz Global, is one of the most honored communication professionals in America. Time magazine named him one of “50 of America’s most promising leaders aged 40 and under,” and Newsweek identified him as #24 on their Power Elite survey. He was a winner of The Washington Post’s coveted “Crystal Ball” award as most accurate pundit. His focus groups have become so influential that then-presidential candidate Barack Obama said following a presidential debate: “When Frank Luntz invites you to talk to his focus group, you talk to his focus group.”
Luntz will share insights on campaign messaging as well as his forecast for the election’s outcome.
Stelter’s “Reliable Sources” series on CNN examines the week’s top media stories every Sunday in US and around the world. Stelter also reports for CNN Business and writes a daily email newsletter. Before joining CNN in 2013, Stelter was a media reporter at The New York Times. This fall, he published a book, “HOAX; Donald Trump, Fox News, and the Dangerous Distortion of Truth,” which tells the story of the relationship between President Trump and Fox News.
Stelter will comment on media coverage of the race, journalism in the age of Covid and other hot media topics.
