Fox Corp. announced a shake-up of ad sales to focus on tech, by hiring new executives to accelerate capability development. As part of the restructuring to improve results amid a constantly changing cross-media, linear/streaming marketplace, Fox announced that Kym Frank will join Fox as senior vice president of ad sales research.
In the new role, Frank will lead a “centralized, cross-platform research and measurement team” developing Fox’s attribution measurement and analytics innovation capabilities.
Previously, Frank was the global chief experience officer (Chief Research Officer) at Motionworks, which focuses on population intelligence.
Prior to Motionworks, Kym led Geopath, a non-profit JIC, for 6 years. As one of the few elite OOH Industry leaders, Kym was named to OOH Today’s inaugural annual shortlist of influential women as The Top 22 Women Who Drive Growth in Out of Home, in 2022.
She led the Traffic Audit Bureau for Media Measurement (TAB) through a much-needed repositioning and full rebrand under today’s name, Geopath, doubled membership from 180 to 380+ companies, relaunched a new currency incorporating mobile location data, tripled revenue to $12M+, managed a board of directors of 25 people, and reinvigorated the tired 80+ year organization. Kym hosted record-breaking industry conferences, measured new place-based OOH advertising formats, and launched an all-new, state-of-the-art measurement system that harnessed the power of population intelligence and location data.
