Anyone who tells you getting a deal done in the out of home business (or any business for that matter) is straight forward…is FOS. Every time someone tells me “this one is going to be different, I am so prepared and so clean its going to be a walk in the park”…this is what comes to mind:
With that said, I am thankful for
the transaction business
my business partners
the many many good people I have gotten to work closely with that I now consider close friends
lots of great memories
wire transfers
my parents who held my nose to the grindstone until I “got it”
my crazy and diverse family
riding the greyhound in the sky without a mask

pss…very grateful that the first shipping container of used billboard vinyls to be repurposed for shelter arrived in South Sudan last week, largely to the humongous efforts of Brian Casady, Scott Austin Key and the folks at Meadow Outdoor…but more on that in a week or two.
