
Empowering the Next Generation: OOHMAA launches its Emerging Leaders Board!
The Out of Home Media Association Aotearoa (OOHMAA) is thrilled to announce the creation of its Emerging Leaders Board (ELB), an exciting new initiative designed to empower the next generation of talent in the Out of Home industry.
The ELB has been established to provide a platform for young professionals to actively contribute to OOHMAA’s strategic direction. By fostering innovation and promoting diverse perspectives, OOHMAA’s goal for the ELB is to assist in driving the growth and evolution of the Out of Home industry.
“OOHMAA and its members recognize the importance of nurturing future leaders to ensure the continued success of our industry,” said OOHMAA CEO Natasha O’Connor. “The ELB will bring a fresh perspective, innovative ideas, and valuable strategic insights, helping to shape the future of OOHMAA and the wider Out of Home sector.”

- Katie Smith – oOh!Media
- Henry Bates – oOh!Media
These individuals bring a diverse range of expertise and roles within the Out of Home sector, reflecting the dynamic and innovative nature of the industry.

The ELB will collaborate to provide strategic recommendations, challenge/support existing approaches, and bring innovative solutions to the table. Their work will directly support OOHMAA’s mission to advocate the value and effectiveness of Out of Home advertising in Aotearoa.
