DPAA to Sponsor and Present at Out of Home and Digital Signage Industry Conferences in Shanghai and Dubai
NEW YORK – January 13, 2021 – DPAA, the leading global trade marketing association connecting out-of-home (OOH) media with the advertising community while moving OOH to digital, will host, sponsor, and speak at two international industry events in January.
On Friday, January 15th, DPAA CEO Barry Frey will serve as master of ceremonies for DPAA Connects: China, an in-person and live streaming event originating from Shanghai focused on the emerging market for programmatic buying of digital out-of-home (DOOH). DPAA, along with its member, Eastidea Integrated Solutions , are co-sponsors of the event. Additional sponsors include Broadsign, Hivestack, Miaozhen Systems, Moving Walls, Phoenix Metropolis Media, VIOOH, and Xin Chao.
Frey will also moderate a panel joined by Barry Cupples, Talon Outdoor’s Global CEO; Greg McDonald; Vice President of Partnerships for Verizon Media; and Akama Davis, Director of Global Solutions for Xaxis.
The following week, DPAA will participate in the 24th annual SGI Dubai 2021 conference, taking place virtually this year between January 18-20. With more than 15,000 attendees expected to participate, the conference will feature global exhibitors along with regional and internal brands and from across the sign and graphic imaging industries, showcasing some of the best innovations in digital display technology. Frey will deliver a keynote address at the start of the conference, on Monday the 18th, providing an update on the state of the global DOOH industry.
