BRANDED CITIES ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES
July 10, 2018, Canada – Branded Cities (“BC”), a digital and spectacular Out-Of-Home (“OOH”) media company, today announce the departure of Canada President, Adam Butterworth. The company has appointed Toby Sturek as the new President of Branded Cities Canada. Effective immediately, Toby will assume all day-to-day leadership responsibilities of the Canadian business.
Steve Ellman, Chairman and CEO of Branded Cities remarked, “Toby is an established leader who has strategic vision and an accomplished career of achieving results. He has tremendous and relevant experience as current member of the Executive Committee of Canada and having previously served as Chairman of the board of Canada. I am confident that Toby’s knowledge and broad understanding of the OOH media space will contribute to our long-term growth and success.”
A 17-year seasoned OOH leader, Toby joined Branded Cities in 2017 as SVP of Business Development and member of the Executive Committee for Canada. Prior to Branded Cities, he spent 16 years with Clear Channel Outdoor where he held several key leadership positions during his tenure with the company. He served as Chairman of the Board for Clear Channel Outdoor and Branded Cities Canada and Executive Vice President of the Midwest Region and Airports. He served as President of Clear Channel Airports from 2009 to 2013 and held other senior management positions since 2000.
