Vandalia, MO – Tri-Star Outdoor Advertising Company (“Tri-Star”) announced the divestiture of its 75 digital and static Outdoor Advertising displays in northeast Missouri.

Tri-Star executed successful OOH campaigns for businesses across Missouri for over thirty years, targeting the growing communities north of St. Louis. Drachman M&A Co. represented the seller. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
