Kalil & Co., Inc. announced the divestiture of Arkansas and Oklahoma assets from RAM Outdoor Advertising. The assets consist of 31 structures with 50 static faces, 14 digital faces, and one Tri-Vision.
The Seller, RAM Outdoor Advertising is an Arkansas-based company headed by Jamie Roberts.
