It is with a heavy heart and sadness we share Scott Carlovsky died yesterday, April 2. Scott was a former co-worker, friend and stalwart of Outdoor Advertising. Scott was President of Outdoor Solutions in Las Vegas. He was 49 years old. We are at a loss after hearing this devastating news yesterday evening. He was an amazing guy with a tremendous spirit. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with his family and friends.
